Aloha Broncos Miss Amber here to report breaking news perseverance is happening at Waimea Elementary we saw through the month of April students persevering they kept trying and trying and we even see it through the month of May so keep it up Broncos persevere through the rest of your life now on to all recipients or Broncos of the month the bombs that showing mr. Barrett vice principal not here to announce more bomb named Broncos of the month for the month of April where our Focus was on her severe illegal preschool Elizabeth Hobbs and Leo Muniz congratulations kindergarteners Asian Mariano wouldn't all die of brown ran barracoon kaplan's Fannon heating guy kiden Evangelista and Maverick carryout, congratulations kindergarteners first grade Joseph Maderos Lisa Rivera Alexander walkway and Coco congratulations first grader and last second grade Nia Martin's Kalani Salcido motor Sonya Ruby Grand and Topeka Ambrosio congratulations 2nd grade Michael ulloa carpool with work everyone congratulations to all the students keep up the hard work we're almost there stay safe malama Pono a Hui hou have a good rest of the year one more month to go for the month of April braiding is realignment and Lucky Box congratulation take it away Mystic hockey good afternoon everybody this is mr. coffee in the office and I'm here to announce our Broncos of the month for April and April we were talking a perseverance and if you know it perseverance is it is continuing to try to achieve something despite difficulty or failure or opposition and so that means you keep trying no matter what no matter if it's hard or and if somebody's telling you you can you try anyways and so perseverance is a very important skill that we want everyone to have the teachers were looking out for students this month that we're really doing a good job with perseverance and we have lots of you recognize so let me start with our third graders this month for perseverance we have Kayla Kuby Journey Medeiros and Kiana Neri excellent job in fourth grade we have Josiah River Isaac hope I Malia bunch and congratulations to those 4th graders for persevering and in fifth grade there's a lot of you that showed perseverance daily Buckley K-LOVE level Caden conrique Waimea Aikau Silva rozzelle Garcia akiode soba Gracie mood Christian Pacheco racial Pollo al Bell and Aubrey Tabitha excellent excellent job I'm so happy that all of you were able to show perseverance and do a wonderful job in April is our last month of school everybody let's do our best job and to show all of our wonderful skills be safe and have a great great last month together before we start our summer break have a great day I know huh congratulations Broncos good work persevering now we're onto our last month of the year in this last month we are looking for leaders and I got a quick test for you do I mean line leaders thumbs up or thumbs down you're right I don't mean line leaders but that is one form of leading book when we have a every person in that line is a leader just the person at the front of the line because a leader is someone who's responsible following directions and helping others get a goal accomplished so everybody in that line is a leader see how about another quick test for you thumbs-up or thumbs-down is a leader someone who yells thumbs up or thumbs down sounds down a leader does not have to yell a leader can use the appropriate voice to help everyone get a gold cut diamond let's pick up one more quiz for you does a leader make all the decisions thumbs up or thumbs down you are right thumbs down again a leader works with their team and together they used leadership and teamwork and collaboration to make a good choice decision all right leaders we're looking for you let's see who's going to be the bomb the Bronco of the month showing great leadership Aloha Broncos go get them
